The Automatic Ampoule sticker Labeling Machine is high speed, versatile and user friendly machine. This machine uses the latest servo motor driven label applicator to enhance the label application accuracy. This servo motor is controlled through a Servo drive and Programmable logic controller (PLC). Machine is operated using user friendly touch screen commonly refer as Human Machine interface (HMI). The Machine use specialized fork sensor to sense the gap between two consecutive labels and fibre optic sensor to sense the ampoules. Thermal ink-jet printer can be mounted on the labeling head of this ampoule labeller to facilitate the batch coding printing matter, likewise Batch No, Manufacturing date, expiry date and price.
The machine body, door & other important parts and assembly are fabricated using the Stainless Steel 304 material. This is vertical rotary ampoule sticker labeling machine means ampoule getting labelled while it is in a vertical position. Ampoule are fed inside the machine using a stainless steel tray & after labeling operation, ampoule get collected in vertical position in unloading / collection tray.
