Automatic Rotary Ampoule Washing Machine Details
Technogen Enterprise is manufacturer, supplier & exporter of High Quality Automatic Rotary Ampoule Washing Machine for Pharmaceutical & injectable formulation plant. The Main Purpose of machine is to wash external & internal surface of the Ampoule in Rotary Continous Motion. Machine uses state of the art Gripper system which hold Ampoule from Neck & then invert vial till washing get completed and finally release the Ampoule on out feed starwheel in vertical position. Automatic Rotary Ampoule Washing machine is available with 6 Washing station covered inside the dome & it efficiently provide 3 different type of Internal internal water washes such as Recycled Water Wash, Purified Water Wash & WFI wash and 3 air washes. For external Surface cleaning of the Ampoule , Machine is equipped with 1 Air wash & 1 water wash.

- Vapour exhaust system with blower to drain condensate (Ducting in Customer Scope)
- Auto Drain Facility at the End Of Batch (Optional)
- Washing station & outfeed of washing machine will be covered by Polycarbonate cover
- PLC with touch screen HMI .
