The Exclusive feature of the machine is “No Ampoule – No Filling system”, “Post and Pre Gasing-system”. The sealing unit is consisting of Draw jaw sealer as well as pusher mechanism to push sealed ampoule in tray.

- Special induction gear motor and worm gear box ensure superior synchronization between filling and sealing station as well as transportation mechanism.
- Machine frame made using AISI 304.
- All contact parts with liquid made using AISI 316L.
- Foaming & spillage is avoided due to diving nozzles.
- Can fill up to 20 ml (With minimum change part)
- Facility to incorporate pre and post gasing system
- Machine having In-feed / Out feed tray loading & collection system with filling & sealing mechanism
- Counting arrangement helps to manage production process.
